We built an editorial strategy to establish Katchin as a category authority with immersive storytelling and a POV on style that celebrated individuality. This included making creative guidelines that translated Katchin's brand world into social-first formats, developing content series to be created by influencers, and creating reactive content based on cultural moments.
Our team also concepted and consulted on launch campaigns to introduce the marketplace in the UK in 2022 and Germany in 2023.

Paid awareness ads and episode 1 of the Katchin on the Street interview series where we captured relevant style conversations on the streets in London
Katchin launched in Germany with an event at POP KUDAMM in Berlin. We created content to maximize brand awareness and drive attendance. Our organic content was the primary discovery medium for attendees, driving 625 more guests than projected.
Following the IRL launch, we announced a digital Sweepstakes to win the accessories featured at the event.
